OROVILLE First Fridays Block Party...the Oroville Down Town Business association hosts this First Fridays of the Month, Bird Street will be closed from 3pm until 8:30 pm, with fun on all the streets. Activities scheduled include bands,Carriage rides, sock hop, etc.
